Hi, Been here about a week and would recommend it. Not the ritz, but room is clean, fridge, hot water boiler, good AC and wi-fi. So far been guest friendly and only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute free tuk-tuk ride from Sukhimvit. Around 750 bt a night through agoda. Pretty good spot...IMHO

p.s. 8 minute walk to Lolita's

I've stayed there about five times. Nice enough for the price. The wife left a gold ring by the sink and didn't remember until we were a couple hours away. We got back, the room was clean and the ring was where she left it.
